If you have been invited to an investigation or disciplinary meeting, book a free consultation to understand the process and how to protect your position. We will review the circumstances, explain what to expect and outline how to prepare effectively.


Cancellation Policy

At Opportunity Rocks HR, we offer confidential one-to-one consultations for individuals navigating workplace challenges or sensitive employment matters. Each session lasts approximately 15 minutes, but we allow extra time for more complex cases. The consultation is designed to provide an overview of your situation so we can determine the best approach and outline guidance on our fixed-fee support options. Booking Confirmation You can book your preferred date and time directly using our online system. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your consultation, including the telephone number and time of your session. Location All consultations are conducted by telephone. This ensures your privacy, accessibility and convenience, wherever you are based. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so through the booking system as soon as possible so your slot can be made available to another client. If you repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without notice, future bookings may need to be confirmed manually. Confidentiality All consultations are strictly confidential. Your information will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Follow-Up Following your consultation, we will confirm the most appropriate next steps and, should you wish to proceed, prepare a Scope of Work Agreement outlining the support to be provided, associated fees and timeline for completion. No paid work will begin without your explicit agreement and written confirmation.
